In Season 2 of Stranger Things we are first introduced to the name Mad Max when Will, Dustin, Mike and Lucas are in an arcade. They are bragging about their high scores when they find out some guy overtook their high score to an insane score. They checked on all their favourite arcade games and Mad Max was at the top. They were determined to find out who this person was. In the meantime, Will Byers was having another one of his episodes and that he was being drawn into the Upsidedown. He could see the spider like dark creature in the distance. At Hawkins High School, they later find out in class, a new student joined them and to their surprise it’s a girl named Maxine, which they later find out is Mad Max, rides a skateboard and is pretty chill. She’s a tomboy and not afraid stand her ground. She’s bullied a lot by her older step-brother but she handles it well. Her outfit is mostly hoodies, jeans and runners.
