Barbara Holland is a character in Season 1 of Stranger Things. She and Nancy Wheeler were best friends going to the same high school – Hawkins High School. Barb joined Nancy to a party that she really didn’t want to go to and was the odd one out. All the girls were partnered up with other boys and eventually she was left alone sitting by the pool. While she was dangling her feet above the pool, the monster from the Upsidedown came up and grabbed her. She was dragged down to the Upsidedown and killed. No one heard or saw her die.
